With our vast indoor Biomes and huge Outdoor Gardens, Eden is a great place to visit whatever the weather.
Are there animals in Eden Project?
The dome houses tropical plants including sugar cane, banana trees and coffee trees, as well as a waterfall and reproduction homesteads. Visitors can also see birds and insects but no larger animals.
Is the Eden Project open in the winter? Visiting in winter is lovely but as an added bonus, if you donate your admission cost to the project (at no additional cost to yourself), you can turn your ticket into an annual pass and return again to experience the gardens in spring, summer and autumn.
Can you go back to your car at the Eden Project?
Yes you can. It’s a fair walk but it is doable.
What should I wear to the Eden Project? Clothing wise, my advice would be to wear trainers or something comfy on your feet as you will be doing a lot of walking. Also, wear layers (and probably not jeans) as it is really hot and humid in the biomes. Jeans end up getting really heavy and sticking to your legs.
Can you stay overnight at the Eden Project?

What is the capacity of Eden Sessions? They were brilliant and a very different band to the one that returned for a far more lacklustre affair a few years later. This one was filmed and released on DVD. It’s interesting to note that these early Sessions had a 3,000 capacity unlike today’s of more than 6,000. It certainly gave them a more intimate feel.

Arena. The concerts take place on a large stage in the centre of the Eden site. There are no covered or seated areas.
