About The King of Random

YouTube phenomenon named Grant Thompson who posted projects, experiments, and life hack videos to his enormously popular channel The King of Random, which amassed more than 11 million subscribers.
He was inspired to start making videos by the videos created by Kipkay for Make Magazine.
He was an airline pilot and he built a real estate business. He worked in the transportation industry and even got a job in Hawaii flying cargo.
He and his wife had four children. He tragically died in a paragliding accident in 2019.
He was friends with fellow life hacker Taras Kulakov, AKA crazyrussianhacker. He also collaborated with Jerry Rig Everything.
